I appreciate your understanding of my medical condition. I know I am very happy with my couch, and especially my chair. I just purchased a different dining room table which I had my eye on before. Thank you for your great salesperson Michelle, Bryan and anyone else who helped the lady in the wheelchair. I am very grateful.

I arrived at the store and I was taken to where the display for recliners was. The saleman (Gerry) explaied the pricing of the sale items. He didn't hover over me which I appreciateed. I tested out a few and found the perfect recliner. Which was on sale. This was a good shopping experience and it took a minimum amount of time to find what I needed.

Laura was amazing. I was greeted kindly and then given my space to look around. When I was ready, she was too! She was knowledgeable and helped me find the best kitchen appliances to fit my needs. She was great!

Excellent service! Tim and Machelle were helpful, patient and thorough. They were able to find a piece to our sectional which was no longer available at the original store we purchased. We ended up buying another piece of furniture we needed as the the prices were so good. This is my husband and my second purchase. We recommend them ten time over. Thank you Colder's (Grafton), you will be seeing us again!

Our sales associate at Grafton Colder's worked tirelessly to find a sofa that would work in my new 1 bedroom apartment that could only be 70" long!! I think his name was Scott. Unable to find sofa at multiple other furniture stores. We found a full size sofa that could be ordered as a love seat which was 70". All the other full size sofas had loves seats too long. So I thank him for all his help. He also was never frustrated or impatient with us. He also knew his all his stock in the store very well.
